My name is Delaney Kelly, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern at AIM Counseling, Wellness, and Consulting. I graduated with my Masters degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2023. I have always had a passion for mental health and am enjoying this opportunity to pursue a career where I am able to help others along their mental health journey.
Throughout my experience, I have had the benefit of working with diverse populations which sharpened my skills. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults to understand their values as they transition into a new phase of their life. Many changes can occur as we go through life and with these changes can come emotional, behavioral, and/or social difficulties. It is my goal to assist in developing the resiliency that can allow an individual to effectively navigate these challenges and minimize the potential impact that they may have. Together we can develop skills that help you achieve your goals. My goal is to always meet the client where they are and empower individuals to build and develop their inner strengths through a strong therapeutic relationship in a secure counseling environment.
