I am a passionate Collier County local dedicated to making a meaningful difference in my community. I am fluent in French and English. My upbringing exposed me to individuals from many different cultures and backgrounds, shaping my understanding that our perspectives are deeply influenced by our cultural experiences, relationships, and beliefs. I have always found this diversity both fascinating and enriching. In my counseling practice, it is important to me to understand each person from their own perspective. My approach focuses on honoring your unique story while providing evidence-based treatment tailored to your lived experience.
I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern working toward full licensure. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings. I have specialized training in The Gottman Method for couples, helping partners strengthen connection, communication, and trust. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support healing from trauma and past experiences that may be impacting the present.
I am committed to lifelong learning and continually refining my professional identity as the field of mental health evolves.
I look forward to connecting with you!
