AIM offers uniquely furnished 10×10 and larger offices perfect for mental health therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, legal professionals, academic tutors, etc. This space will be perfect for any professional that needs a quiet space to meet with their clients.
Each office is fully furnished with a desk, couch/chairs, lighting, & welcoming decor with private access to Wi-Fi, printers & scanners. Renters are welcome to replace or add furniture & decor upon request.
The common areas include 2 comfortable lobbies, 2 kitchenette areas and multiple facilities.
Included: Secure Private Wi-Fi and Guest Wi-Fi Access, electricity, water, coffee, tea, other snacks & beverages are complimentary to your clients located in the lobbies. Weekly cleaning is provided by AIM.
As an office renter Aim offers a unique opportunity to network & cross refer with other providers that are a part of the AIM Counseling, Wellness & Consulting Affiliated Providers. You can rent an office by the day, week or month.

Mental Health Counseling Referrals: Affiliated Providers have the opportunity for AIM client referrals that meets the renter’s client criteria. It is suggested that an Affiliated Provider offer one professional hour (per AIM referral) towards AIM Student Intern development.
Required from renters:
- Copy of professional liability insurance
- Copy of professional license (if applicable)
- Copy of general liability insurance
- Documented client criteria if choose to receive referrals from Amie Thomas, LMHC, LLC
- Deposit: Agreed upon prior to rental
